Your personal knowledge of bikinis involves awkward tan lines and self-loathing. But you’re determined to make swimwear a more rewarding experience for your daughter.

Nono by Noelle can help.

The debut collection of bathing suits for minis is more than meets the eye. Designer Noelle Vazzano uses proceeds from the collection to support children receiving cancer treatment by giving them canvases, brushes, and paint to fuel their creative spirits. In turn, Nono by Noelle uses the kids’ inspired artwork on the fabric for the suits.

This season’s line showcases 4-year-old Devon’s masterpieces on a fringe bikini, cutout one-piece, ruffle halter, and other styles.

Each bathing beauty is currently made to order. Just send in your suit choice, color/painting selection, and child’s size. In three weeks, custom swimwear arrives at your door.

Sounds like the perfect fit.

Daily Candy always delivers yummy news, but this story is particularly sweet.  Cheyenne Ellis supplied the photo for this article in Daily Candy Kids, which focuses on a line of swimwear called Nono by Noelle.

This is fashion with a mission: to lift the spirits of children fighting cancer.  Proceeds from the swimwear buy art supplies, which kids who are undergoing cancer treatment use to create artwork.  Their designs are then made into the very swimsuits pictured here.  Talk about beauty on the inside and out.

Cheyenne informed us that one of the models actually made the paintings that were used to create the patterns for all of the suits.  “It’s a great line with such a fun concept,” Cheyenne said.  “I was really honored to be a part of it.”

Nono by Noelle’s slogan is “paint.cure.love.”  It’s an incredible vision.  Pass it on.
